Geer Rd Landfill PUMP Testing & Aeration Channel Pilot Test Support

Work will include, but not be limited to, the following:
1. Aquifer tests to establish the pumping rates for the Landfill’s GWETS extraction wells, the effective capture radii of the extraction wells, and the need for and location of any additional extraction wells.
2. Complete well recovery test shall be done for each constant rate test.
3. Providing and setting up temporary water storage tanks to collect approximately 20,000 gallons of test water.
4. Supplying and installing a 4-inch submersible pump in four extraction wells capable of pumping the anticipated maximum sustainable pumping rate (30 gallons per minute) at 290 feet total head, removing pump once completed.
5. Assembling temporary tie-in to discharge header line for each well, including in line flow meter, flow adjustment valve, and check valve.
Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be on Tuesday September 15, 2015 at 9:30 AM with a Mandatory Pre-Bid Walk at the site to follow at 11:00 AM.
