Stanislaus County is requestion proposal for the following project:

This Request for Proposals (RFP) solicits a proposal from consulting firms to provide environmental
services as described for the Grayson Small Communities Flood Risk Reduction (SCFRR) Project. The application approved by DWR for the Grayson SCFRR project is included as Attachment A-4.

The proposal with a statement of qualifications submitted in response to this RFP will be used as the basis for selecting a consultant to first work with the County to develop a Scope of Work with the California Department of Water Resources (DWR) for the Grayson SCFRR Feasibility Study project. Once a scope of work has been finalized with DWR, the consultant will provide to the County a detailed scope of services, schedule, and fee proposal for the completion of the Feasibility Study. This scope, schedule, and fee will be subject to negotiation and a second agreement between the Consultant and County.

If you wish to be considered for the Grayson SCFRR, submit three (3) hard copies, and one (1) electronic
copy of your proposal by 4:00 P.M., on October 27, 2017 to:

should be provided in PDF format on a CD/DVD or a USB flash drive.

All questions regarding the RFP must be submitted in writing submitted via email to Andrew Malizia at
andrew.malizia@stancounty.com. Questions must be received no later than 5:00PM on October 18, 2017. Addendums, if necessary, will be posted on the Modesto Reprographics website.
