RFP-West Modesto Sewer Infrastructure Project

This request for proposal is for a project-specific contract between the County and Consultant for the
performance of services and a defined scope of work related to this project. The scope of services will
consist of the engineering/design and preparation of three separate packages of 100% contract documents
consisting of plans, specifications and cost estimates for the construction of sanitary sewer improvements
in three County pocket areas, as described above. The scope of services will also include any necessary
right of way services, public outreach services, and grant writing/preparation services to assist the County
in obtaining the CWSRF funding for construction of the improvements.

If you wish to be considered for the West Modesto Sewer Infrastructure Project, submit three (3) hard
copies of your proposal by 5:00 P.M., on November 3, 2017 to:
