Emergency Water Main Extenstion Project

Stanislaus County Public Works is now accepting bids for the Emergency Water Main Extension on W. Mariposa Street USDA Federal Grant Project.

Estimated construction cost for this project is less than $294,463.

The work to be accomplised includes installation of a water main on West Mariposa Street in Newman.

Bids shall be submitted in a sealed envelope
and plainly marked “Bid Proposal for Emergency Water Main Extension on W. Mariposa Street,
USDA Federal Grantâ€. Bid envelopes shall be addressed to: Stanislaus County, Clerk of the Board of
Supervisors, 1010 10th Street, Ste. 6700, Modesto, California, 95354. Bid envelopes must be delivered to the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors prior to 2:30 p.m., January 31, 2018, as evidenced by the Clerk’s
date/time stamp on the envelopes. The bids will be publicly opened in Room 6709 and read by the Clerk of the Board after bid closing.

Last Day of Contractors Clarification Requests: January 22, 2018
Issuance of Addendum (if required): January 24, 2018
Bid Opening: January 31, 2018
Board Approval of Contract: February 13, 2018
Notice to Proceed: March 5, 2018
