RFP-Ninth St Pavement Rehabilitation Project: Tuolomne River Bridge to Pecos Ave

This request for proposal (RFP) is for a project-specific contract between the County and Consultant for the performance of services and a defined scope of work related to the Ninth Street Pavement Rehabilitation Project. The scope of services will include the environmental clearance (CEQA/NEPA), engineering design and preparation of 100%, bid-ready contract documents consisting of plans, specifications and cost estimates for the construction of the project. The scope of services will also right of way entry, permitting assistance and other work scope identified to assist the County in obtaining project approvals / authorizations in order to bid and construct the project.
