Stanislaus County Public Works is now accepting bids for the Carpenter Road and Whitmore Avenue Intersection Improvement, Federal Aid Project No. CML-5938(225) Project. Estimated Construction cost for this project is less than $2,400,000.
The work to be accomplished includes installation of traffic signal at the intersection of Carpenter Road and Whitmore Avenue and replacement of Carpenter Road Bridge over Turlock Irrigation District Lateral No. 1.

Bids shall be submitted in a sealed envelope and plainly marked Bid Proposal for Carpenter Road and Whitmore Avenue Intersection Improvement, Federal Aid Project No. CML-5938(225).
Bid envelopes shall be addressed to: Stanislaus County, Clerk of the Board of Supervisors, 1010 10th Street, Ste. 6700, Modesto, California, 95354. Bid envelopes must be delivered to the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors prior to 2:00 p.m., April 10, 2019, as evidenced by the Clerk date/time stamp on the envelopes. The bids will be publicly opened in Room 6709 and read by the Clerk of the Board after bid closing
