RFP - Engineering Design Services Corporate Yard Phase II

Stanislaus County Department of Public Works is now accepting proposals for the following project Engineering Design Services Corporate Yard Phase II

This Request for Proposal (RFP) is for a project-specific contract between the County and
Consultant for the performance of services and a defined scope of work related to Phase II of the redevelopment of the Morgan Road Site and Facilities. The scope of services will include, but not be limited to the completion of the Lead Based Paint and Mold analysis and reports for the three building to be demolished, any environmental clearance (CEQA) that will be required, engineering design and preparation of 100%, bid-ready contract documents consisting of plans, specifications and itemized cost estimates for each phase of the demolition and construction project as described in the previous section of this document and in the scope of work. The scope of services will also include utility coordination, right of way entry, permitting assistance under Public Works for NPDES and WQMP and any other permits that will be required, plan approval, permitting, and inspection under the County Building and Safety Division for building design plans for construction and other work as identified to assist the County in obtaining project approvals and authorizations in order to bid and construct the project. The plans and specifications will also provide demolition and proper removal and disposal of the buildings as previously described.

The May 2, 2019 Mandatory Pre-proposal Meeting must be attended prior to submitting
proposal.
