RFP - Crows Landing Industrial Business Park Phase 1A and 1B Infrastructure Design Projects

Stanislaus County Department of Public Works is now accepting proposals for the following project:

This request for proposal (RFP) is for a contract between the County and Consultant for the performance of services and a defined scope of work related to the Crows Landing Industrial Business Park Improvements Project. The scope of services will include engineering design and preparation of 100%, bid-ready contract documents consisting of plans, specifications and cost estimates for the construction of various Project(s). The phasing and number of project packages shall be suggested by the Consultant to meet budget constraints and maximize development stimulation. The scope of services will also include utility coordination, permitting, adherence to identified environmental mitigation and monitoring measures, and other work as identified by the Consultant to assist the County in obtaining Project approvals and authorizations in order to bid and construct the Project(s).
