STATEWIDE LOCAL STREETS AND ROADS NEEDS ASSESSMENT INCLUDING ENHANCED BRIDGE ASSESSMENT

The response to this Request For Proposal (RFP) must be made according to the requirements set forth in the RFP, both for content and for sequence. Noncompliance with these requirements, or the inclusion of conditions, limitations, or misrepresentations, may be cause for rejection of the proposal.

Consultant shall send a minimum of 10 complete copies of their proposal in hard copy format (9 spiral bound and 1 unbound) and an electronic copy to:

In accordance with resource conservation principles, proposers are asked to print proposals double-sided and are encouraged to use recycled paper with no plastic inserts for all proposals and reports. Covers and binding are not required; however, if provided they should be of recyclable material.

The Oversight Committee and Project Manager do not assume responsibility for documents that are incorrectly submitted. It shall be the responsibility of the proposer to confirm proper delivery and receipt of submitted proposal.

Proposals must be received by 4:00 p.m., Friday, August 22, 2019. Proposals received after this deadline will be considered for evaluation solely at the discretion of the Project Manager if determined to be in CEAC’s best interests.
