Stanislaus County Public Works is now accepting bids for the Urban Pavement Preservation – Phase C project. Estimated construction cost for this project is less than $2,583,000. The work to be accomplished includes pavement preservation of residential streets in Del Rio, Denair and Cowan through slurry seal, asphalt rubber chip seal, and rapid setting slurry seal.

Important Dates:

Last day contractor’s clarification requests: January 8, 2020

Issuance of addendum: January 10, 2020

Bid opening: January 15, 2020

Board approval of contract: February 25, 2020

Bids shall be submitted in a sealed envelope and plainly marked “Bid Proposal for Urban Pavement Preservation – Phase C,”. Bid envelopes shall be addressed to: Stanislaus County, Clerk of the Board of Supervisors, 1010 10th Street, Ste. 6700, Modesto, California, 95354.

Bid envelopes must be delivered to the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors prior to 1:45 p.m., January 15, 2020, as evidenced by the Clerk’s date/time stamp on the envelopes. The bids will be publicly opened in Room 6709 and read by the Clerk of the Board after bid closing.
